The Semana Santa (Holy Week) festivities in Cartagena are among the most famous in Spain. We saw only the Good Friday processions, but it was one of the biggest.

The parade of children, bands, soldiers, penitents, and floats lasted more than three hours and was quite spectacular. Note that the KKK copied their robes and hoods from the Spanish, not the other way around.
