Rota, Spain (October 2009)
Our friends Richard and Andrea have their boat Saeta (another Sceptre 41) at Rota, and that was enough reason for us to make it a destination port. This town on Spain's Atlantic coast is old and cute, but small and at the end of the road. Still, our planned three days turned into more than two weeks as we left the boat there and saw other parts of Spain and Gibraltar by car.
