Lagoon Cove was lots of fun. John made ginger cookies for the happy hour potluck. They were a hit. In the evening there was a campfire, and Bill Barber (the proprietor) told bear stories with the help of his straight (wo)man, another cruiser.

The place really has character, characters, and the best book exchange we've found yet. It isn't just another beautiful place.
