One of our first weekends in Cartagena, there was first a medieval street far. Soon after a Latin American weekend featured flamenco. With Christmas and Epiphany came colored lights and lots of free concerts, some outdoors. Then there was carneval. It was no Oeteldonk, but there were costumes and free paella and beer. We were also there for Semana Santa, and the Good Friday Procession we saw has its own photo page. And just before we left, local restaurants held a tapas competition. Yummy!
