Hirtshals, Denmark (July 2009)
This small fishing and ferry port on the west side of the tip of the Jutland peninsula in Denmark has a very small yacht harbor. We stopped here to rest and wait for weather to sail to Helgoland. It's only half the cost of the much busier and more famous Skagen a few miles away on the east side of the peninsula.
