Sjoerd's visit (March 2010)
Sjoerd, our harbormaster and friend in Amsterdam, is really into kite surfing, so he accepted our invitation to visit and check out the kite action in southeast Spain. There wasn't any wind during his visit, but we really enjoyed exploring the area around Cartagena. We toured from La Mange to Mazarrón and beyond.
Finally, at the beach at Los Nietos there was enough wind for Sjoerd to get his kite wet in a valiant, but futile, attempt to do some surfing.
