Ostend, Belgium, part deux (August 2009)
Last year Oostende was mostly about the culture of Flanders. Then we stayed at the Mercator Marina. This year we stayed in the Royal North Sea Yacht Club marina, and Oostende was mostly about boats, water, and beach.
