We thought we would spend a day in Bruges, but we just had to come back for a second day—and then we could have spent longer. We missed many sites and didn't even go for a canalboat ride. As one of the characters in the movie In Bruges said, it's a fairy table place. A well-preserved medieval city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bruges is a definite must-see if you're in the area.
